Putting together a letter is a lot of work, whether it’s for the post or via e-mail - We know you’re busy, and so we've made sending e-mail with Chalk Line as easy as sending in your printed prayer letter!
You can now submit your e-mail newsletter order at the same
time as you submit your regular prayer letter order.
Our Chalk Mail e-mail
service will send your e-mails for you for just $7.99, plus 1¢ per e-mail.
If you’d like to try sending your letter via e-mail with
your next printed prayer letter, the process is simple:
- On the Chalk Line order form, check “YES” when it asks “Would you like to send your letter via e-mail?”
- Submit your list of e-mail list at the same time as your newsletter and regular mailing list.
- Our staff will create your e-mail using the prayer letter you submitted for print by embedding the images of your print letter into an e-mail.
- If you haven’t set up a Chalk Mail account, we’ll send you a verification e-mail to the e-mail address you provide.
- Once you've verified your e-mail address, we will send your Chalk Mail letter from your e-mail address, and all your supporters can reply directly to you.
